Pleasing the order was easier than 90% of the online purchases that I have made and within 1 minute of submission of payment information I had the download information in my Inbox. Within 3 or 4 minutes the download (several GB) had completed and I was unzipping the files in preparation for installation. Instructions for download and installation were clear concise and correct. The installation went just as shown in the Video and the software came up just as it should have. I recommended it to a colleague and I'm going to buy more software from you. I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall.
