I purchased a copy of Nero 8 and everything went smoothly and the activation process worked fine, it is now installed and up and running, very pleased with service and good value

Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good.
Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.
