I found the experience completely professional. Descriptions of the product we quite adequate and the FAQs answered all the questions I had before placing the order. Pleasing the order was easier than 90% of the online purchases that I have made and within 1 minute of submission of payment information I had the download information in my Inbox. Within 3 or 4 minutes the download (several GB) had completed and I was unzipping the files in preparation for installation. Instructions for download and installation were clear concise and correct.
